Bell Creek Test Site 3-D Seismic and Characterization Report
The Bell Creek demonstration storage project carried out in partnership between the Energy & Environmental Research Center and Denbury Onshore LLC is designed to determine the effect of a large-scale injection of CO2 into the Bell Creek oil field for the purpose of simultaneous CO2 enhanced oil recovery and long-term incidental CO2 storage. This report focuses on 3D seismic data acquisition and interpretation as applied to advance the site characterization effort. This effort creates a baseline for comparison to any future 3D seismic data acquired, allowing for improvements to the monitoring, verification, and accounting program.
