The Energy & Environmental Research Center maintains a database of regional sources of CO2 emissions as part of the PCOR Partnership. The database is updated annually, and this version contains data current to September 15, 2014. It is largely sourced from online databases, specifically those provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Environment Canada.;View/Download Document
