WE WELCOME SHELL USA TO THE PCOR PARTNERSHIP!
Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with expertise in the exploration, production, refining, and marketing of oil and natural gas, and the manufacture and marketing of chemicals. Among the countries where Shell does business, the USA is the only country where every line of business is represented.1 Shell has called the U.S. home for over 100 years, and has 13,000 employees in the U.S., with business interests in all 50 states.2
Shell has set a target to become a net-zero-emissions energy business by 2050—net-zero carbon emissions from operations (e.g., replacing steam turbines with electric motors) and net zero from the end uses of Shell’s energy products (e.g., lower-carbon products).
Shell is working with like-minded companies that share its goals. As such, Shell is now collaborating with other companies to develop a hydrogen hub and a CCS hub.3
